Punched

by John Knowles

Punched: the rise and fall of a working class archetype.

Recently unemployed Punch & Judy performer, Punched, descends into a life of drugs, alcohol and abuse, seeking redemption, he finds instead that he is forced into a life of repetitive destructive actions.

Based on an original script from 1846, with a rich and eccentric singular voice, Punched explores white-male-working-class-anger and the lack of any redemption in a judgmental society.

This lyrical and powerful performance pulls no punches!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dominique as a facilitator on several occasions and can highly recommend her. She has excellent communication skills, relates to people and has an inspiring creative mind. I’ve also seen her work as a director which is always clear, exciting and visually impressive. Dominique works hard and has a well prepared and composed approach.
